You must be at least 18 and present Body Xtremes with the appropriate forms of identification verifying this in order to be tattooed. We will accept valid State issued ID's (drivers license, State ID), US and Foreign Passports with updated pictures & Active Duty Military ID's.
We will NOT accept Temporary Paper ID's, Learners Permits, EBT Cards, Bank Cards, College ID's, Green Cards, Check Cashing Cards, Resident Alien ID's,
Prison ID's, Birth Certificate / Yearbook Combinations, Notes from your Parents & Fake ID's
If you come in & show us your tattoo to prove your age, not only will we ask you to leave; we will laugh at you and call you names.
YOU MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE ID. WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Tattoos are permanent. The removal of tattoos and scars will require laser surgery or other medical procedures that may result in scarring to the skin. You should inform us of the following medical disorders including but not limited to, epilepsy, diabetes, hepatitis, hemophilia, heart conditions, HIV/AIDS, HBV/HCV, or taking any medication that would interfere with any procedure performed upon you.
You should not take aspirin, Tylenol, ibuprofen, or any other medication that will thin your blood the day of your tattoo. This may cause you to bleed thus impeding the tattoo procedure. It also may cause problems with ink or dye retention.
